	John Wood cut a twenty point first half deficit to 4 points with 3 minutes to play but could not get over the hump and lost to Moberly 73-67.  Moberly (5-0) made free throws down the stretch, shot 59 percent from the field in the first half and 50 percent for the game.  “Moberly made a ton of perimeter jump shots and deserve credit for the victory,” commented John Wood Head Coach Mike Elbe. Keenan Stanbridge led the Blazers again with 17 points and Toray Henry added 10 points. Brock Edris and Justin Reynolds each had six assists on the night. Next game for John Wood will be against Southeastern Iowa at the Kirkwood Tourney.
