Spoon River
used a very solid second half on Tuesday, November 20th to defeat Illinois Valley 57-55 and get their first win
of the season. Ronnell Isom
again led the Mudcats with 19 points, Eddie Snow
and Brian Butler chipped in 10 and 9 points respectively. After trailing by
seven points at the break Spoon
River finally slowed
down IVC’s top players Quentin Noblin
and JJ Neely to secure the two point win.
